I am INFP and I have recently developed a skin condition called psoriosis (i think thats how you spell it, its pronounce sur-eye-o-sis) that is caused by stress. I have read several places that INFPs are prone to stress and high anxiety levels. Is there a reason for this? Do any of the INFPs out there have Psoriosis? Responses are appreciated ^_^

Personally, I procrastinate tasks constantly, and also being a perfectionist, causes me to have anxiety and become stressed. I put stuff off and then stay up until 3 am the night before it's due because it doesn't meet my standards. I also want to feel highly intelligent and a hard worker, so I feel like I need to push myself to my limits to achieve it.

I'm so sorry you have psoriasis. It must really be difficult thing to deal with. If this helps, I do not have psoriasis, but I have had episodes of severe anxiety/panic attacks and it has caused me to become physically ill, in some way. I do believe that, in general when under great amounts of stress and anxiety the immune system does become weakened. But, because we are INFP's our Introverted Feeling dom. can be viewed as a blessing and a curse. But, I have practiced trying to maintain staying mentally positive/rational so I don't get into these shtick's. I definitely think that, if not yet, you would benefit from some sort of therapy to alleviate your stress. I do hope that you feel and become better.
