Not to say ISFJs would not be great in leadership positions, it would become extremely draining. ISFJs have that need to keep the environment in harmony, wanting to make sure everyone is happy ... everything is in its place. Well, in leadership ... that happens, but for the most part you are enforcing rules and having to be fair across the board ... meaning people who will not be happy with you.

I personally don't have interest in doing so. I would only want to if my current job became unenjoyable. I would rather not be in control of a lot of other people, and I don't really value the perks of moving up.
