I said "fucking hell" to myself out loud after watching that nonsense.
This is what it is:
A small group of already-wealthy past-30-somethings wanting to 'make their mark' have a fucking terrible, sorry I mean great, new idea for what is essentially a self-help product based on flimsy (at best) understandings of human psychology, with a tiny questionnaire without any scientific backing whatsoever. One would be better off seeing a tarot reader. They have no skills, no credentials, and enough money to throw at the idea without having to seriously worry about the chance of it failing.
Their campaign video was so bad it seemed more like parody. Like the radio commercials and billboard ads you get on Grand Theft Auto.
Nice to see a healthy dose of cynicism from a lot of people in the comments on the Kickstarter page too.
Not nice, however, to see how successful the campaign has been. I must remind myself constantly of the stupidity that exists in this world.
