ISTP as leaders/bosses

What are ISTP's like as leaders/bosses generally ? Do any of you run your own successful business and employ others ?

Most likely about to start a business with 2 friends. Im really leaning towards the side of opting myself as being the leader and having the say in the decisions as I know I get shit done, reliably and fairly. However leaving all that shit to someone else does sound appealing as there will obviously be lots of bullshit to deal with etc.

Any past experiences/thoughts/suggestions appreciated...

I can see ISTPs as being reliable and fair bosses/business owners, and also tough when necessary--and able to come up with creative solutions.

But you haven't mentioned what kind of business it is, how big you expect it to be, or what characteristics your prospective partners have. For some enterprises and activities, an extrovert, feeler, and/or judger might be better.

Garage with a strong bias towards fabrication/Motorsports.
