True....This quote I heard recently kind of resonates with this sentiment...maybe..."People remember how you made them feel more than what you said." They'll remember the evaluation they made quickly.
Also make sure you're social media is in positive and constructive form. The HR people will remember the nasty things someone may say and turn away fast.
Also, how you're known....maybe you're known as a really friendly person....or a girl who has a knack for computers or was able to resolve a problem calmly and quickly.
