July Vacations?

OK, so the only time of the year I think it sucks to be one of those infj's who doesn't need anyone around is.. vacation time.

I'm Canadian and last July, I went to Montreal a few days for the Just for Laughs Festival when they have all the best comedians in town doing shows. It was great. I'm going again the 23rd and 24th, at least.

It would have been even better if I had some people to hang around with there.

Just wondering if there's ever been vacation destinations in the past where people have met up?

I've read about people using Tinder to meet locals when they were on vacation. It's platonic, hanging out with locals. The women who did it had said that the local men were actually ok with being friendly.

I don't think I could pull it off. I don't have a selfie stick... and don't you have to be like David Hasselhoff to get liked or whatever?

I'm no Hoff.

If your goal is not "hooking up" as in ONS, there are plenty of friendly people on Tinder who may not say not to meeting you and doing some local stuff together (having dinner, going to a show or amusement park, museum etc.), as long you state your purpose up front.

For a guy there's even less worry. The stories I heard were all from women who traveled to a foreign city and used Tinder to meet a local guy to hand out for a day, going to different places (no sex or anything physical involved).

Yeah, I might try it. Need an infj tinder app. Like the idea of someone knowing what they are walking in to, personality wise.

I might be over analyzing. Or maybe not? Hmm? Well yeah.. I guess I am.. er uh wait. No, yeah I am. I think.
