When you've finished marking the columns, as described on page 19, add downward and place the total number of A and B answers in the boxes at the bottom of each column. Then go on to the next step to figure your type.

Scoring Key:

Answer Sheet A B A B A B A B1 2 3 45 6 7 89 10 11 1213 14 15 1617 18 19 2021 22 23 2425 26 27 2829 30 31 3233 34 35 3637 38 39 4041 42 43 4445 46 47 4849 50 51 5253 54 55 561 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

Determining Your Psychological Type

Insert the numbers from columns 1 - 8 of your answer sheet into the corresponding boxes on the next page. In each pair of numbers, one number will probably be higher than the other. Mark the Letter underneath the highest number in each pair. This will give you your four - letter type designation. If the numbers in a pair are even, you'll probably need to read
more about the two possibilities to figure out your most likely preference.

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

E I S N T F P J

E = Extraverted S = Sensation T = Thinking P = Perceiving I = Introverted N = Intuition F = Feeling J = Judging

NOTE: I have attempted to copy this scoring from the original but since it doesn't appear to be showing up right; I suggest you score your answers directly from the link provided at the top: (

Interesting test, here is how I scored:

E 1 I 13
S 1 N 13
T 7 F 7
P 5 J 9

This leaves me with INxJ. I went back and re-read the questions, and I wouldn't change anything. I read both Thinking and Feeling descriptions, and relate strongly to both. Ugh, now I'm stuck again.

It's a pretty status quo MBTI like test. I wouldn't be shocked if that DISC and Values test got to your head and made things complicated.

Edit: I think ESFP is a better fit, but whatever...

Yeah, you're probably right. Maybe I'll try again at a later point.

Are you shocked you scored so heavily T? You are pretty certain of ESFP right?

If I had to pick at type I'd go with ESFP, but I really don't care enough to spend a ton of time on it like I did when I was being run by my lower functions. I don't know you, but based on the trend in the tests that I've posted that you've taken I feel safe in saying you're an INFJ and your 5-ness combined with tertiary Ti make you feel more NT-ish. If you don't trust the judgement of a guy that selected a drunk ginger dressed as a leprechaun as his avatar, maybe the Values test I posted would help out (or not...this is just shameless self promotion of a thread I started :laughing:)?

Edit: After briefly thinking about it, I'm probably an ENxP and not an ESFP, but whatever. I'd rather go by my DISC profile than my MBTI profile because the DISC profile is a lot more consistent and behavioral based.

Again, you're probably right (I wonder if you like reading that ;)) I often do feel NT-ish, especially when I am in a certain mood, when I'm feeling particularly analytical, critical, and cynical. Are you saying the drunken Irishman doesn't have all the answers? xD

Haha, maybe you are. I could see you as an ENTP actually.

I wouldn't be shocked if that was the case. I probably really am an ENTP. While definitely a completely different system, I more often than not test ILE-Ne on Socionics tests and am pretty solid as being a Socionics alpha quadra.

I like how we have hijacked this thread. :laughing: Also, I know I'm usually right. :laughing:The drunken Irishman, especially since the 16th of September is my birthday i.e. I'm drunk right now, has the answers.

E=7 I=7 S=4 N=10 T=8 F=6 P=4 J=11

According to this, I'm an XNTJ; with the E/I tied and the T/F: 8-6. Well, at least it's blatantly clear that I'm still an N (no surprise) and a clear J. Hmm . . .
