I feel like my recent type results are accurate for how I've behaved the last couple years of my life, when I've had unresolved issues, and that when I finish resolving them, I'll switch "back" to a different type. I've been rolling with the changes for quite some time, and when I was in a stable, challenging environment, I behaved much differently. I feel like being bored and unchallenged, combined with having unmet needs and unresolved issues winds up with me switching to a non-dominant function - and staying there until the issues are resolved. Like Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, a starving guy isn't going to stop thinking about bread, even though he would be more likely to pursue something else if he had bread.

Many people have commented to me before that I act like a completely different person at work and in school than I do when in a social or one-on-one situation. I do the same thing for several days solid when I'm doing something like a project on a car (think engine swap).

I'd love to have somebody stir the pot of ideas in my head.
