Specifically his Mystical vs Bureaucratic group. Here are the characteristics.

MYSTICAL:
Divergers :
  • Relaxed when asked to create.
  • Free range thinking
  • Diverse, unrestrained, flowing
  • creates possibilities
  • unstructured, playful, without deadlines
BUREAUCRATIC:
Convergers:
  • Feels "on the spot" anxious, when asked to create
  • Compartmentalized thinking
  • controlled, concetrated, structured, specific
  • productive
  • eliminates possibilities

So those are the basics.
But the trails I'm specifically curious about are the bolded.
Divergers are typically nervous when asked to produce, but feel faily relaxed and stimulated when asked to create on the spot. While Convergers typically feel nervous and uncomfortable when asked to create on the spot, but can produce fairly efficiently.

Essentially, it's about comfort. We feel more comfortable in one area over another.

With the bolded as key, which do you feel applies to you better?

Personality, while I do consider myself a creative person, I feel "put on the spot" and nervous when asked to create. It's something I can't do "on demand" and usually takes a while/can feel stressful when forced. It's typically a private sort of thing. I would rather be the one producing, making sure things that need to be accomplished are and incorporating possible creative ideas along the way if they come to me. The 'creativity' part jumps out when it comes to problem solving and finding reasons to thing, but not so much... innovation and generating novelty

Mystical fits me very well.

May I ask, where did you find this?
The material is from my professors notes, I just summarized it.
Im not sure where he got it, probably from some book by Maslow that I don't know the title off >< lol

I don't think that you are expected to create a masterwork in your favourite area of creativity on the spot. But you can come up with something new at any time. I can easily identify with Maslow's Divergers.
