Does it exist?
I'm attempting to find empirical evidence to support or deny the existence of this phenomenon and am coming up short. I am hoping the PerC world has some enlightenment to share.
Of course, I found pages and pages of "Of course it exists! I have it and here is my sob story." I'm a middle child myself, but I am curious how much of my personality has been shaped by birth order, for better or for worse. Is there something past generalizations and stereotypes?
