- Most Quentin Tarantino movies have at least one.
- No Country for Old Men, the primary protagonist.
- The Godfather
- The Dirty Dozen
- Inception

I have always like weird characters in movies, and somewhat related to some of the subtleties they process (or don't process), if that makes any sense.

Also, your title has a fucked up charecter in it too.

Oh the irony of the way the title of this thread is spelled
Oh the snobbery of people who have nothing to contribute otherwise ;-)

Daniel Plainview from There will Blood
Barry Egan from Punch-Drunk Love
Shiki Ryuogi from Kara no Kyoukai
Oh Dae-Su from Oldboy
Leonard Shelby from Memento

Take your maladjusted, mentally decrepit protagonists, as well as your atrocious spelling, and be damned with you!

Hugh Jackman's character in Movie 43. It's hard to get more fucked up than that.

The Brave One
History of Violence
Oh Brother Where Art Thou

All the good ones ;)

Seriously though, I saw Clockwork Orange– how about Lolita, Full Metal Jacket, 2001 A Space Odyssey (more subtly), The Shining, Barry Lyndon, Paths of Glory, Dr. Strangelove and Eyes Wide Shut. Aside from every Kubrick movie, there's also every Ingmar Bergman movie, every David Lynch movie, every Werner Herzog movie, every Lars von Trier movie, those early Francis Ford Coppola movies (Godfathers, Rosemary's Baby, The Conversation, Apocalypse Now), every Akira Kurosawa movie, Terrance Malick's movies, Robert Altman's movies, Paul Thomas Andersen's movies, Orson Wells' movies, Park Chan-wook's movies and that movie where Tom Hanks runs a lot (I'm assuming we're not limited to protagonists here).
