@Nesta The Twin Peaks reference should, alone, make you pass Go and collect $100.00. Love it!

" Hollywood" is a type of wood, so I'm going to find some songs and go with it.

Sometimes... trees have often been used to describe the " Marijuana " ( from what I've have learned from reading books... )

I hate the book of this name... and I think I'm the only one who hates the book... or maybe these guys are making this point too. I feel like I'm watching a parent teach their child to be abusive, inconsiderate and ungrateful with the book.

I have to add this one, too. The announcer is so interesting "Yes Sir!"

QUESTION!: For some reason I think this entry will make Ni go nuts... let me know, INxJs, does this keep your Ni busy?

So from what I heard once a Salley Garden was a willow thicket or something where lovers used to meet in Ireland since there wasn't very much wooded area. I looked for a definition on google, didn't see one. Nice recording of the song, imo.

I really love this song (and Elbow, in general) "Stopping by your place of work and acting like I haven't dreamed of you and I and marriage in an orange grove. You are the only thing in any room you're ever in."

Welsh song (which by the way, I think might have been a waulking or fuller's song-- I've been looking at the known ones from Gaelic all this week) with English translation below. And this is a scene from the movie The Corn is Green.

Dacw nghariad lawr yn y berllan
O na bawn i yno fy hunan
Dacw’r ty a dacw’r sgubor
Dacw’r ddrws y beudy’n agor

Dacw’r dderwen wych ganghennog
Golwg arni sydd dra serchog
Mi arhosaf dan ei chysgod
Nes daw ‘nghariad, daw fy nghariad

Dacw’r delyn, dacw’r tannau
Beth wyf well heb neb i’w chwarae?
Dacw’r feinwen hoenus fanwl
Beth wyf nes heb gael ei meddwl?

There’s my love down in the orchard
Oh, how I wish I was there myself
There’s the house and there’s the barn
There’s the cowshed door open

There’s the great branchy oak
It’s got a pleasant look
I’ll wait in its shade
Until my love comes, my love comes

There’s the harp, there the strings
What am I with no one to play it?
There’s the lively, careful maiden
How much closer am I to winning her?

just an incredible song here:
In the summertime in our neighborhood
Of an evening into the night
We used to play ghosts out in the graveyard
Just beyond the backporch light
Late one night when I was hiding out
Up in a weeping willow tree
I seen a meteor just fade away
And man it made a change in me
I thought we would live here forever
I thought we would learn to fly by now and not fall
And all the time we spend together
Really ain't no time at all

From my nest up in the willow tree
I could see them ghosts run through the light
And I heard mothers call their children home
To come on in out of the night
So one by one they started running
So I hurried down to say so long
But before I hit the ground to say goodbye
They were gone
I hear echoes in the evening
I see a weeping willow tree
And I tell them ghosts out in the graveyard
Don't be scared it's only me
The roses bloom and then they fade away

Great topic! Are aliens considered supernatural? I'll come back and add more.

It's funny because this morning, I was just watching a documentary about The Bridgewater Triangle and its all about supernatural phenomena!
