In my system there are 2 USB ports available one in the front and the other one is at back of my system frame. So the actual problem is front one is not working since the day i bought my computer do you feel they cheated me or do anyone have any idea how to fix it?

I shouldn't say mean things. >_<
go to the control panel and go to system (google this if you don't know where this is)
once you're there go to
--->device manager
--->click the + next to Universal Serial Bus Controllers
--->look for the main controllers. usually labeled standard pci to usb host controller. right click that and hit uninstall. do this for any of the controllers but nothing else.
--->reboot without anything plugged into your usb ports and when windows starts again allow it to automatically reinstall the drivers you just uninstalled
--->test out the port
