Hi, I'm interested in the field of personal training. I've been working on exercise for the past 3 years I'd say. I'm in excellent shape. I know a lot of moves and the proper forms for the moves. I can help make a workout plan for you and even compete with you! I'm offering my knowledge (which is limited as I haven't gone to college for it yet) to share with anybody interested over video Skype! If you've got some dumbbells or whatever workout equipment you have I can help teach you how to use them effectively! And maybe you could even teach me a few things!
