hello everyone!
i have been visiting personality cafe for a while now and have finally joined. i am looking forward to talking to everyone, especially since you share the same interest in myers-briggs as i do!
i was originally tested as an infj, but after intensive research and contemplation, i have decided that i am inherently infp. i am an artist and a social worker and there is nothing i love more than the little things in life.

i wanted to pose a question to everyone, and it is something that i have been struggling with my entire life. for the longest time, depression and anxiety ruled my world, and i now know the root of the problem is a lack of self-esteem. i have read here, and on other sites, that this is a common issue for infps. with that being said, what do other infp's out there do to tackle this issue?
on top of that - i know i have a problem looking at things objectively.
overall, i know i should stay true to myself, stop putting my needs aside as much, and take in all information that comes my way. any other advice for this newbie?

much peace and love to all of you - and thanks in advance!
