I'd say definitely T and J for sure. He sounds like more of an E than an I, though sometimes that's hard to tell in a leadership role.
Don't know if I can distinguish between ESTJ and ENTJ in this case. If I had to guess, I'd say ESTJ, but like I said, he could be ISTJ, INTJ, ENTJ or ESTJ.
In general, I'd saying INTJ's put up with the least amount of bullshit. They can recognize it easily and seem to be easily angered. :tongue:
