Personal Motivation for World Domination plans?

I assume that we all have our own motivations for obtaining power on this planet,whether they can be considered politically wrong or right.My own would be mass-production of wealth and resources and advancing technology at a much higher level.

What is yours?

I'm sorry, what?

I just want to be left the **** alone, not rule the world.

And just out of pure curiosity, how would you have world domination by mass production of wealth and resources.

1) Where would you get said wealth?

2) Where would you get said resources?

I think he means those are his motivation factors to come up with a plan for world domination

And i want to be left alone too. That might actually be my motivation to dominate the world and lock them up underground so i dont even get to look at their bloody faces.

to allow people to live out their dreams while being effective individuals to society.

thats my plan...

Idealistically, I'd like to find natural strengths of every person and with that strength be able to progress humanity/technology/science 10 fold. Ain't nothing wrong with making people do jobs that they love to do, then on their off time let them bask in whatever passions they please.

Me on the other hand, the recognition of being able to implement such a plan is a good enough reward. The greeks viewed this as immortality, being able to be in history for the rest of human existence because I made it efficient with happiness as a biproduct.

I have no plans to rule the world. Fuck that. I'd have to employ henchmen, talk to people, shmooze, share my vision, argue for my vision. FUCK THAT! I'd really just wish the powers that be would let me and the rest of us ponder all day long and do our own shit.

Pointless. It just sounds exhausting. Besides, mass production of wealth reduces wealth to rubbish. Wealth will lose its meaning, that's why it's called wealth.

Well, I'm INFP but I would like to create a world society without power and subjection, of a dignified existence for man, where production is organised towards satisfying each individual's needs so that they all can fulfil their positive potential. No more classes, no more exploitation, no more alienation, no more Leviathan!

And I dream of a society that would be transparent and comprehensible to us without the aid of revelations and arcana. I see that as humankind's declaration of its own coming of age. No more kneeling before the unknowable darkness! Despite being a romantically inclined INFP dreamer I believe strongly in science and reason. Never again must we be doomed to be tossed forever like shipwrecked sailors on an unknown ocean.

Mystification and power are not inherent in society as such; then society would be fundamentally evil, and we too as social beings would be basically evil. Neither are they necessary to us because of external circumstances, a Leviathan which must rule us in order to check our inherent blood-lust. They are necessary only to those who would exploit others, to those who would use others as tools of their own ambition and their own enrichment. Free men and women can defend themselves against such people, rationally and with restraint, if they are allowed to do so.

Basically this. I don't care about world domination, but if I had the power to change the world, I would use it to destroy current power structures. So all of us could be left alone, heh.

It's dangerous, though. Power is like a drug, it would be very hard to give it up once I achieve it. I have a latent authoritarian streak that goes against my ideals.

You could conquer the world, then just read 24/7. Just let someone else do the work and you can just be the face.

I hadn't thought about it like THAT... but I will say that I want my music to affect people. I believe music can change people's lives.

HA! I just imagined myself dominating the world and it was frightening. I think it would put me in the spotlight and leave me too vulnerable. You are bound to have enemies!

Not feasible anymore. Hitler had the last good shot; following his failure the world accordingly tightened up in order to prevent such aspirations in the future. - The world is too inter-connected / globalized now for such endeavours to be pulled off successfully.

I will probably give up my world domination plans. It is not profitable. I don't want to deal with a logistics nightmare on global scale.
