That was very vague... What do they mean by mathematical learning disability. Does it mean you are grades behind where you should be, or you get a C on math tests for the grade you are at, etc? I still have trouble estimating group size, and when I was younger, I had a huge mental block about math which meant I could not understand it. Now that I'm older though, I find I am very good at doing math. It just took getting over my mental block about it and having it explained in the correct way. I still can't judge distances, group size etc. though.
