After testing you are given a percentage for each of the four, for example:
My score is
Introverted 78
Intuitive 62
Thinking 38
Judging 11

My question is, if the person tested was a perfect example of his/her type, how would it be reflected in the percentages? If working "perfectly", wouldn't the highest percentage for an INTJ be IN, then Te, then Fi, finally Se.

So, what should textbook INTJ score look like?

Especially if those results are from a typical "forced choice" test — like HumanMetrics or the official MBTI — it's basically a mistake to assume the percentages necessarily have much of anything to say about the strength of your preferences.

For an explanation, see this post.
