Chocolate ice cream, watch old TV shows, draw, talk to friends. Mostly I will naturally recharge from emotions when I'm removed from them. It's why I tend to be drawn to very emotionally distant or "cold" partners, since I can be around them and still feel relaxed.

Brunch, followed by pumpkin spice latte, then I go shopping and then I go back home to watch sex and the city with a bottle of merlot, and cry uncontrollably.

When I feel the need to recharge emotionally I either engage in an intellectually stimulating conversation or deal with my ESFJ/ESFP friends as their emotions are so abstract and illogical to me that to be honest, listening to it is somewhat amusing at times. If none of these options are available my favorite option (when it's warm enough outside) would be to listen to music, chain smoke about 10 cigarettes and get lost in scenarios and conversations happening in my head. If it's winter, I'll probably go to sleep.
