I have noticed a decline in my health level over the past 2/3 of the year. I understand it's been from lack of creative freedom (university life and being underaged in a mediocre sized city) post entering my degree program. I had high health levels in the summer while I was out and abroad on my own which I felt gave me a sense of my own personality. Now I'm feeling lost. often not being able to formulate responses without the help of some cliche or stereotype to play off. Not exactly in the boat to afford another trip - I'm wondering how to rebuild my sense of self and therefore my health. any ideas 9s?
