I'm not sure how you would go about starting a revolution (assuming we are discussing the old, tear down the government, revolution). The general public are so apathetic and surveillance so pervasive that it would be nearly impossible to achieve in a developed country. There simply wouldn't be the will, unless the situation had deteriorated so far that people had no other choice.

But if it could happen, and did, and ended, then I'd like it to end in some kind of socialist state that accepts and embraces a high level of personal freedom (higher than is generally found in most western democracies) and operates through a mixture of representational democracy (at the national level) and consensus (at the local level).

We are just starting to learn about how love works. Poets and writers through history have all been trying to figure out what the deal is with love up to this point and now we know what it is, well at least I do. I'm going to start my rEVOLution by teaching all my friends what the deal is and spread my message to as many people as possible. When you think of all the problems that are caused by people being in the wrong relationships (divorce, alcohol and drug abuse, stabbings, the list is quite extensive) you realise just what an impact this new knowledge is going to have on the world. The changes to society wont happen over night but change is always a slow process. I'm not the only one who has cottoned onto this so I will not be alone in making this rEVOLution happen so I'd say give it 200 years and we will as a species reach a level of balance and harmony never seen before. What I'm talking about is duality and if you don't know what that is or that I am talking shit then it is because you haven't yet experienced it for yourself. As an intp you may be skeptical of what I am saying and that is ok but I'll just leave it here and let history prove me right.

If a revolution started with dance, then I doubt the public would be so apathetic.

I see what you did you there.

So how are you going to go about teaching the world how to love?

By the way, I'm all for this revolution.

Well, I just seem to be gifted at typing people, Ne+Fi I guess? So I have an advantage in that I can pair compatible types. I don't have to do any more than that because once they have found each other a chain reaction occurs where they both can heal any wounds they have and they can learn to achieve their full potential. Helping people to help themselves is the best strategy, like teach a man to fish and all that. The kids growing up will witness all these healthy relationships and follow suit. I also have a friend who used to tour with the Wailers, he's kind of my mentor and my foot in the door of the music industry, he invited me to sing at 2 of his upcoming gigs in the summer so that is another way for me to spread my message. I know people don't always listen to song lyrics but a lot of people do and my aspiration is to be like Bob and plant seeds in their minds that will take fruit in the next generation. So yeah, I can't help but be hopeful. I just hope the C.I.A. don't shoot me or something shit like that.

There'll be a revolution once people start realising how unstable and inefficient the current situation is. I'll present to you a humble example to prove my point: Our current food culture. Take a look at where the food comes from, how it's produced and what it consists of. It's downright disgusting when a basic human need is being defiled for the sake of profit.

Hopefully it'll end with the abolishment of the state and complete freedom of the individual. Note that this doesn't have to mean the end of an organised society.

I would start a scientific revolution by developing the first space vehicle to travel at warp speed. If the first person who travels in it "dies", then the revolution would end in despair, possibly.

It does mean the end of a sane society. Power naturally concentrates itself in the hands of competent individuals. Eventually you end up with a competent individual with no morals and thus ends sanity in society.

I'm curious, are you an anarcho-capitalist or an anarcho-communist?

I think a revolution against our government needs to happen. I'm probably going to have CIA agents kidnap me now for even saying that, but it'll be worth it. The U.S. government is a crock of shit. I don't think I need to state the reasons why. I'm sure that everyone already knows.

It would be nice to have the entire country go on strike, and force something to happen. A giant movement to get the attention we need, and let it be known that we aren't going to put up with this horse shit any more. To force a change would be awesome.

I consider myself either an anarcho-communist or anarcho-collectivist though I'm still in the process of learning about the different schools of anarchy. I generally dislike labels and rarely/never call myself an 'anarchist' because people associate the word anarchism with chaos, disorder and brickthrowing.

I would like to start a revolution with cookies. I would like it to end in cookies--rather, I would like it to not end but continue with cookies. it doesn't matter to me what the revolution revolutionizes. only the cookies matter.

I'm with you and I can't imagine how beautiful so many citizens working together would be.
Unfortunately, we feel powerless. I don't go to political marches or care about who's in charge because to me, it's all fucked up either way.
I do however, respect the people who weasel through the system and strive for good changes (without these people, our government would be even worse).
