1) I slept well, enough.

2) For the first time in two weeks or so I was able to do sitting meditation--20 minutes instead of the usual 30 before tight muscles suggested I quit, but wow, that was great.

3) Before and after meditating I did three piriformis exercises to loosen the tightness; they helped.

4) I set up the bed but not so elaborately and got Pickles out to play; she picked up some bad habits from Pieper but I'm shutting off her means of going where I don't want her to, and she's still having fun.

5) It's our regularly scheduled Thursday Movie Night. I know what we'll be watching: a film with Jane Fonda and Jeff Bridges my husband and I haven't seen in at least 10 years, and our friend, Tim has never seen. Should be fun.
