Got to weight train only one day passed schedule--after two viruses. Also, just one of those mellow days: Not expecting too much, no big deals, lovely night sitting across from my husband, Bigsy & Smallz to care for shortly.

Love those mellow days. Younger daughter's husband and grandkids came to visit from Edmonton Alberta. Loved sitting on the porch watching my children's children play in the sunshine. And thinking of the blessing of seeing my grandkids buzzing around. Very thankful.
