Sharing new ideas

This is meant to be vague, because I would like highly subjective answers and intrepretations upon reading and thinking about such questions to be welcome.

1) When you have a lot of good new ideas, by logical extension or on an ethical feeling level do you feel that you must share them?

2) Do you feel you need more outside validation or encouragement for most of your creative flows or only some of them?

3) Do you think society/humanity will be better if people are more open when it comes to sharing their creative, personal ideas and thoughts or it depends? Or not, depending on how you interpret such an issue via your intuitions and logic?

4) If you feel that you are very creative idealistic and empathetic, do you feel you earn some sort of 'right' for your gifts to be accepted by a lot of people?

5) Do you think there should be more set social consensus for how personal creativity should be developed?

Take your time to think about it.

I think you share what you can to those who would appreciate what you have to share. Conversation is best, though facebook is always nice when inspiration strikes, especially when you have friends willing to debate or amend the idea. Expressing the inspiration in art is also very fulfilling.

Yeah, definitely humanity should be more open to spreading ideas. The most brilliant insight doesn't come about through one man's introspections... inspiration flows from many minds and ideas. Sharing stokes the ego, but being open to the sharing of others stokes the mind.

Yes.

2) Do you feel you need more outside validation or encouragement for most of your creative flows or only some of them?

Hmm I think yes. I tend to be very self motivated but it always helps to be encouraged and to know that what I am doing is right or looks right. I'm always showing my work to my family asking their opinion.

3) Do you think society/humanity will be better if people are more open when it comes to sharing their creative, personal ideas and thoughts or it depends? Or not, depending on how you interpret such an issue via your intuitions and logic?

Not sure. I think in situations where we have to work together we should definitely share ideas etc. However, I also think we have the right to keep some things to ourselves.

4) If you feel that you are very creative idealistic and empathetic, do you feel you earn some sort of 'right' for your gifts to be accepted by a lot of people?

No, because that would mean that I think I am better than other people and I don't. I also think that we all have 'gifts' and in a way because we are all so unique we all have different ideas and gifts so we balance each other out. Ok this can create conflict, but if we embrace it we will know who will be the best person to speak to about different problems.

5) Do you think there should be more set social consensus for how personal creativity should be developed?

I don't think personal creativity can be controlled and I don't think it should be. (If I'm mis-understanding the question let me know).

I feel I want to share them - I have learned to be selective in who I share them with - Many people don't get what I am on about - the people who do really feed off what I say and come up with connections I have never thought about. Much of my thinking is about management and leadership. Ironically the worst place you can share an idea is inside your own company - I think there needs to be some distance sometimes.

2) Do you feel you need more outside validation or encouragement for most of your creative flows or only some of them?
No - but then most of them are too far removed for many people to get. so I keep a lot of it to a close circle

No Not judging by some of the garbage that ends up online - Most poeple are very poor thinkers. I don't mean they are stupid or can't do it but it takes knowledge and practice to think well. I don't think I am that brilliant.

4) If you feel that you are very creative idealistic and empathetic, do you feel you earn some sort of 'right' for your gifts to be accepted by a lot of people?

No - the world simply doesn't work that way - ideas have to stand on their own merits - competing with existing paradigms helps to filter the wheat from the chaff

5) Do you think there should be more set social consensus for how personal creativity should be developed?

I think that thinking should be tought in schools - most adults (let alone children) are woefully ill equiped to think effectively. By this I don't just mean teaching logic (about 3 % of thinking in my view) but understanding everything from intuition, factual evidence, bias, emotional impact on thinking. How to selectively switch to different approaches
