Signs of ESTP liking you?

There's this guy at school, he's tested as an ESTP (I actually made him take the quiz LOL). How do I know that he likes me? What are some common signs that he might?

So far he's been inviting me to hang out with him, but he also made this strange comment "You know, I'm really good at reading people... and you're the hardest person to read. I can't read you."

Weird?

Anywho, as ESTP's what are some general signs that you're interested in somebody romantically? I can't tell with him, because he told me about another girl he's interested in... but he was out until 3am with me talking? HUH?

...... He wants to get in your pants. 1.) He's an ESTP lol 2.) He's spending all this time (talking really late) and you don't even really know each other, creepy. Unless you have already been in a relationship for awhile people usually won't do that unless they want an immediate connection to get with you. That's just my own 2 cents(sense?), I have a lot of ESFP friends and that's what they do....

Thanks!

I wonder what ESTP Hygiene's are like? They seem super hygienic.

I always wear perfume to school, and nobody's really said anything about it so far, except him. I think he's the only one who noticed and said I smelled good  Which makes me even more self conscious.

They are super hygienic. My best friend is an ESTP and he drives with a bottle of mouth wash in his car. And he uses it frequently. Always asking me how he smells, how he looks, etc. He dreads being caught "unprepared" by other women.

Being the sensor that he is, he will definitely notice your physical attributes at all times. He's wired to notice appearances (clothes, body language), smell, sounds, etc.

It's also the reason why he has trouble reading you. Watching INFJ videos, it seems body language isn't connected with what is going on inside all the time. He can see that the disconnection but can't tap into your brain as another intuitive would be able to. You will be an enigma to him for quite a while.

haha. I hide my chewing gum whenever my friend is around. He'll finish a brand new pack in one night of clubbing. I used to tell him he can have a couple of sticks only to find that he took the rest when I wasn't looking. When I started hiding it, he would ask me and I told him he's finished off too many of my packs and from now on only I get the chewing gum. He can use his mouth wash.

yeah... the guy I think is ESTP carried hand sanitizer with him.

personally I love clean guys.
I dated an ENFP and he was really dirty and gross...
now...
why would I want to have sex with a dirty person?
I wouldn't... go shower and come back.

I keep myself clean too.
I am not one to want to go have sex in mud, unless its clean mud lol.

now I am just being silly.

talking till 3am sounds really amazing!
I would love that personally.
I like getting to know someone really quick and telling lots of personal stories, sometimes something happens and it is instantly on. eventually the tension builds up enough and one day the really awesome sex happens. mmmhhmmm. :)
good luck!

That's so funny. I was talking about native americans with him and I said I liked the idea of "mud" and I remember him specifically saying "I agree, minus the mud". <--- gosh....

I dunno. On a purely gross comment here.. isn't sex pretty dirty in itself? How the crap would you have clean sex? That seems impossible. I dunno, being THAT hygienic seems like it would kill our ability to just relax ...

PS: Our mutual friend (a good friend who I've known for 5 years, and who knows this ESTP for 3 years), I just asked him about the ESTP guy and he said "you guys are polar opposites tho. that would explode like a volcano" <-- LOL I find that hilarious because for someone who doesn't know a thing about MBTI, he really hit the nail on the head regarding the polar opposites.

look into socionics and before confusing yourself simply read the article on duality.

Wikisocion - Socionics Wiki - ????????? ????

also.
I think the ESTP's I know get over it pretty quickly... cause... um... that is one type that likes the sexy time. lol.

lol @ "explode like a volcano." was your friend talking about the amazing orgasm you would have from this opposites attract principle.
:)
I say go for it!!!! full steam ahead. screw your friends advice.
I once took my friends advice with relationships and I ended up dating this ENFP guy, and being totally miserable. so now i go with my... "I could bang you..." principle.

I think he was talking about explode like a volcano as in, we would kill each other  he really believes that we are not a good match in the least bit. I find it surprising considering that my friend is an ENTJ, and we argue constantly for the past 5 years but are still good friends? I dunno.

hmm. interesting. honestly, I like some honest conflict. it helps me commute better.

ENTJ might not like it but you now what...

in relationships just follow the flow. if you are attracted to him. why not?

your why not reason is cause your ENTJ freind said no.
BS!
I understand if you have your own honest doubts, or your ENTJ friend is reflecting your own honest doubts about him, but if you like him... go for it.

sometimes ENTJ's can be wrong... like not just sometimes...
ha ah ha.
maybe ENTJ likes him too. or wants you to stay around and not be with a guy your whole life.

When they treat you like shit.
Nah, they usually have the school boy charm, and like to pull your hair as sorts. They usually are quite open if you ask them.

I did notice he treats me like shit -__-; Okay not shit, but he really enjoys making fun of me and argues/debates with me a lot. :frustrating:

That will never end. ever. EVER. I debate all the time with my ESTP friend. We've done it every time we see each other for the past 8 years. We both love it so we'll both go at it constantly. Outsiders will tell us to stop fighting and we'll just look at them annoyed for interrupting. I believe this is due to the fact that he's a sensor and I'm an intuitive. Our arguments definitely bring out these things. I tend not to argue with other intuitives, but rather "explore" a topic.

If you really don't like debating, I suggest to look for someone who isn't an ESTX.
I can cope with the debating. It can be quite humorous, but if you are hurt easily ESTP's may not see that they have gone too far. I struggled a lot with my now boyfriend, he messed me around like I don't know what, and wouldn't admit that he liked me. This was for two years. He used me, basically.

All that said, I love mine. He shares my easy going lifestyle, and looks after me. It's the best relationship I have been in. I am glad that it took me a long time to have him, because I don't take him for granted.

Yes. I do too.
i also tease/
How do ESTP feel about constantly having to be the one who initiates contact first? With all of my past relationships, I never called first, it's just this habit of mine where I don't want to 'bother' the person.

I dunno if ESTP hate being bothered because they always seem to be doing something?
