Skin problems/Acne!!!

Fellow feelers, please offer up your words of wisdom! I have an ENFJ guy friend who had chronic acne on his cheeks while waiting to hear back from medical schools. I thought it must have been just his biological makeup, and never expected that MY SKIN WOULD RESPOND THE SAME WAY! The stress of the waiting game is killing me. I've never had cheek acne in my life (I'm 26 btw).

Is there possibly a correlation between stress and break outs for NFs? Is there anything you can do to relax and lessen this horrible physiological stress response? How did you fix your acne? I'm trying every possible remedy - creams, a healthier diet, birth control... is there anything you ladies (or men) did that helped your skin? It's already started to scar a bit. Thank you, thank you, thank you in advance!

Having acne is horrible, I know how you feel
I've had acne since I was 11, 15 now and I'm yet to find anything that really helps. I've seen dermatologists, but they all prescribe creams and antibiotics that do nothing except mess with my organs or make my skin flake like crazy.
I'd still give it a chance, though-- go see a dermatologist if you can because they should probably be able to help. My acne is just in my genes since my mom and dad both had it :p
I wouldn't waste your money on drugstore or even expensive skincare products because I've tried it all and none helped me one bit, personally. I wish natural remedies could work because that would be awesome, but truth of the matter is they don't for me.
But your acne is stress related unlike mine, so you could give them a try if you want.
Oh, drink lots of water! It helps flush the toxins out of your system. And if you have a big cyst coming in (gross, I know), put a warm washcloth over it to help draw it out faster.
