“Seeing an equal person as an inferior object is an act of violence”
― Arbinger Institute, The Anatomy of Peace

The idea of Social Grouping in any given situation, pushes us towards a sense of separation. Much like an act of hate that we can contribute to things like Genocide (extreme example) or any other act of separation can cause. There might be a spoken majority that NTP, Js, white, black, Hispanic Agnostic, Christen, Muslim, Male and/or Female. Says one thing and claims some misgiving has happened or a general idea offends them. The reality of the matter is that it is a separation, when creating distance by making; one greater, one lesser, a victim or a perpetrator. It will rile the masses get the emotions flowing.

What I propose is that we recognize that there are differences, strengths and weaknesses to thought and we recognize the weaknesses and appreciate the strengths.

"In the way we regard our children, our spouses, neighbors, colleagues, and strangers, we choose to see others either as people like ourselves or as objects. They either count like we do or they don't. In the former case we regard them as we regard ourselves, we say our hearts are at peace toward them. In the latter case, since we systematically view them as inferior, we say our hearts are at war.”
― Arbinger Institute, The Anatomy of Peace

Do we as a group create animosity towards others? Is there a threat, real or perceived that others have developed that lead to an unjust conclusion that we might be better then them or view them in a negative fashion?
