Turkey on whole wheat, with spinach, cucumbers, tomato, green peppers, onions, black olives, pickles, and mustard.

I don't eat a lot of bread/grains though, so my Subway visits are pretty infrequent. :(

Turkey on whole wheat, provolone. I usually opt for spinach over lettuce, not much of a difference in taste but texture. Tomato. Bell pepper. Occassionally jalapenos. Topped off with vinegar and mayo and S&P. Seems pretty basic compared to other sandwiches I see caked with options. Used to get onion but subways onions are way too strong for me

Lol...every single topping...How much does that total to?
Whatever the cost of the sub originally is. It costs nothing more if you have them put everything on it or nothing on it. I do find it funny how when I do tell them everything they still ask jalapenos and banana peppers. I say hell yeah. It's funny because sometimes in subway if I'm with friends I'll say throw everything on there and then my buddy will be like, "getting the most bang for your buck you cheap bastard."

I don't do subway anymore because my digestive tract doesn't like bread, but I use to love the Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese bread with lettuce, black olives, banana peppers, onions, oregano and oil. Let it sit in the fridge overnight so all the flavors meld together. Mmmmmm...

My mom actually asks them to pour the pickle juice on her sub for the dressing. When I was in high school and she used to have me go get her subway I was too embarrassed to ask for that, so I'd take it home and pour the juice from our own pickle jar onto it. She could always tell...

My favorite used to be the sweet onion chicken teriyak (sp?) until I found out that it had over 2,700mg of sodium, juicy trans fats and north of 1,800 calories. Haven't been there in a while, but I would go for one of the chicken options with veggies and mustard. Mayo too if they can avoid drowning my sub in the stuff, otherwise get that #### off my sub.
