Just now I was having a sudden anxiety feeling out of nowhere, it feels like someone is calling out to me and it makes me uneasy. Does any other INFP ever feel this way or it's just me over-thinking about it? if you have the same experience, how'd you handle it?


*please tell me i was just over-thinking about it
(having difficulties building up the sentences, bleh)

I occasionally feel that way when I'm procrastinating on something. Or when I'm hiding/avoiding someone. You're probably overthinking things, but I've found identifying the cause of a feeling often helps.

I get that sometimes, I find breathing exercises are the best natural and immediate way to deal with anxiety. The important thing is to not let these feelings control your life; otherwise your anxiety will only worsen. Think happy thoughts too:happy: they help a lot!

i usually just take a nap when it gets too much

Oh yeah. I have a lot of stressors in my life right now, so even when I'm not consciously thinking about negative things, I randomly hit panic mode. This doesn't happen when I don't have so much going on.
