I dunno, I've modded another form for several years and if I do say so myself I'm pretty good, I tend to look at it from everyone's side even if the perpetrator(s) are people I like, and then I make my decisions; and I'm great at sensing and diffusing potentially tense situations.Well ^^
1) INFP's tend to decide through personal values (Fi). In the case of situations when 'unpopular' decisions need to be made, I doubt INFP's can/dare/will make a decision that is just, in a neutral, socially validated sense.
2) INFP's will be able to relate so well to other INFP's, to the point of being torn up between possibilities considering modding a forum. This makes decision making difficult and not a fun job. In general, anyone who performs a job they don't like will get tired of it. It's a turn off, rather than a stimulant.
HOWEVER, perhaps I'm not even INFP at all, this week I'm having another mini-identity crisis, wondering about my personality type...I got to looking at the functions (again) and started to wonder if I had it wrong all along. IDK IDK, this personality type stuff is heavy business.
