There's a new show on CBS with William Shatner called $#*! My Dad Says and I think the main character (William Shatner) is a classic example of a stereotypical, exaggerated ISTJ father. Has anyone else seen this show?

The website didn't offer clips for viewing in my region, hmph. I had better luck on Youtube and watched the trailer. :laughing:

Seems like the Dad is someone who says pretty much anything that comes into his mind. I think an ISTJ would try to self-censor socially inappropriate comments, ie. 'You seem like a nice homosexual.' spoken to a man's face, or saying 'Two squirrels fornicating!' in public (even if it was a response to an eye examination).

I might have to watch more of this to be sure, though. Looks like fun.

^ I would NEVER say something like that to someone's face. It's socially inappropriate, even if it's factually accurate (i.e., a person's sexual orientation).
