I finished the Main Portion of my visual weight training book, ending with Ballet Squats because I don't arch my back, and that position will work not just my gluteus maximus, hamstrings and calves, but also my inner quadriceps which are weak.
I may add a few stretches to my training book but otherwise I can next move on to making a Linux spreadsheet to record my base line exercises and then increases, making sure to follow what I write closely, prepared to alter anything according to fatigue and excess pain.
I'm almost there, i.e. ready to begin the weight training. 10 years is a long break at something so vital to strength and confidence.
