We have the pictures of ourselves thread, thanks to @Socrates, but we don't need an INTP to coax us into posting our creations, do we?

Post your work. Welcome to the art room!

Also, if my searching skills were really bad and this exists (which would not surprise me, even if it was right in front of my face), ignore this and please bump the other one.

I am a terrible photographer, which is why this is not just a photography thread. @BlackLodge
I wanted in on the fun, too!

A screen print.

Photo Lithography
These are very cool.
Since the first is abstract, i feel like i'm looking at a deconstructed car, in the process of being dismantled, the front is all that's left and the frame is simply the bare bones reality of what truly structures the car. The Orange is a contrast to what life is in a true form.

And i especially like the second one. My favorite part of making art is the time in between the final product and the very start. I think that playing into the imagination, and letting our minds do the work can be a pretty important aspect to communication. Also it's fun to see what can be from what is there, the possibilities for improvement, or the possibilities of multiple interpretations of the work as is intrigues me. With that being said, i think it's a successful piece because it's capturing the moment, it's the painter at work. The everyday i think is what attracts me to it, it's not a pose it's reality.

I'd post some of my stuff, but i don't have a quality camera or a scanner. >.<

This was taken in some woodlands near where I live. They're so vast and magical that I forget the world I live in when I walk between these trees. It's not my most amazing shot in composition or technically, but I just feel it's one of the few shots where I've managed to capture how I feel about something. Totally dream like and awe amongst the trees.

Looks really nice. And I'm exactly like that to when I go for a walk in the woods. I just loose myself in it's monumental glory and beauty really. I have tons of forest shots, I'll post some soon!

I really don't see that! But I have just noticed something I've never noticed before... to the right you can see a shadow and it looks incredibly like the shadow of a man...which is a bit weird as I was the only person there at the time o_O
*spooky music*

@EctoplasmicGoo - Thank you! The figure was a spur of the moment drawing of my angry friend working with such a pace just to do his best to ignore the world around him. I saw it and I am an artist that works in the moment, so I drew him in marker and pen. It came time to make a lithograph, so I transfered the drawing to metal plates and printed it in two parts. It just so happened that the sentiment he shows is the same sentiment I ended up feeling when I produced the finished piece.

@Rather Unusual - I like your hand. I like the hands, too, but I like your hand with the pencil on paper. It almost looks digitally produced because you have such precision. How long have you been drawing?

@susurration, @BlackLogde, @LittleHawk - THIS is why I know I'm a terrible photographer! Same question to each of you, what made you pick up a camera the first time?

I remembered that i made this lol. It's something i created a while ago. I don't think it's that bad, but it's hardly art.

Thanks for sharing, and it's a good start to showing us your work. Now, just get a camera and take some photos of your work! I'm a post bully.
