1st. Get rid of all strong lamps and screens.
2nd.Stay away from them at the day as well.

Be outside all day. Go to bed at dark. Wake up a few hours later, stay awake until you must go to bed again. Wake up when daylight comes back. Repeat.

What you describe is most likely the so called biphasic sleep practiced by generations of people, before the introduction of artificial / electrical light:

I think the true key to many is to realize sleeping isn't a waste/loss of time.
