I'm currently at 7. I was doing pretty well like a 2 or 3 for a while but life happens. A combo of alienation and family kicking my butt. So I came back here to figure a plan to recover as soon as I can.

I was at Level 9 for a while, destroying my relationships, study and work with alcohol and drugs.

I'm now at Level 4-6. Mostly 5, a bit of 4 on a good day, some 6 on a bad day.`

I'd love to reach Level 3 but I'm not emotionally strong enough.

Lowest I've ever reached was seven, and that's when I was going through an acute state of depression. It was utterly confusing, and my reality completely was distorted over this period, battling this stage in my life alone. Being an INTJ and a 4 is a conflicting and emotional struggle.

Right now I'm mastering my Fi, and so far I've really enjoyed it and I overall feel better. I feel like a two currently, and I've been expressing positive emotions and compassion as well. It does make you feel better.

But two's the highest I've been at.
