Hmm...

Breakfast:
--Two eggs over whole wheat toast and shredded cheese
--Three slices of bacon
--Glass of water with squeezed lime

Lunch:
--Bowl of fruit cereal, which is sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, oat clusters, cinnamon, and milk. Eat it like cereal. A nice fruit/sugar boost mid-day.

Dinner:
--Chicken with pasta
--Bowl of spinach salad

Blended shake: scoop plant protein powder, maca powder, cacao, coconut oil, blueberries, ice, water

Few tortilla chips w/ fresh salsa

4 Veg dumplings w/ steamed broccoli

McDonalds delux breakfast with a large ice tea.
Wendys double plain burger.
Two English muffins.
Box of gluten free crackers.
Boston market frozen dinner....beef and pasta.
2 slices of chocolate cake.
1 bottle vitamin water.

I have anywhere between 6/8 healthy meals everyday. I won't bore you with the details of what I ate, just know it is always worth going back for seconds, and thirds and 8's. Dinner today was pulled pork with a side of cream of mushroom soup, MmMM, so good and healthy.

<.< I ate bacon wrapped chicken liver with fried vegetables and chicken soup for lunch, breakfast was a block of cheese with "keiserfleisch" (its kinda like bacon, just thick and juicy meat) and some bread (I don't eat much bread)

  • Breakfast: Some chocolate chips
  • Breakfast: Glass of water
  • Breakfast: A chicken leg & thigh from yesterday with rice
  • Lunch: A can of pepsi and doritos
  • Afternoon: A donut (cinnamon), some water
  • Dinner: Ordered a chicken parm-hero, should be here in a few minutes
I might later go out and get some ice-cream

Pre-workout - PreJym
During workout - amino's
Post-workout - Dark Matter (recovery)
Breakfast - 4 eggs, scrambled - only one yoke; coffee; ISO Whey protein shake
Mid-morning - Quest cookie dough protein bar + ISO Whey protein shake
Lunch - ~6oz broiled chicken and a Honeycrisp apple

Reminder of the day, yet to be seen.

Oatmeal with soymilk and blueberries.

Rice, spiced sweet potatoes and onions. Lettuce, beet and radish salad. Lemon-tahini sauce.

A big bowl of cherries and a couple of apricots.

Rice, grilled tofu, green beans, lettuce and more lemon-tahini sauce.

Breakfast:
A sub-sized sandwich with sucuki
Whatever was left in the milk pack, 250ml I guess

Lunch:
A glass of 1/4 honey, 3/4 water
2 chocolate cookies
3 slices of bread and a double omelette with cheese
A whole pack of chocolate

Dinner:
Something with chicken, potatoes, salad and peanut sauce

Post-dinner:
An apple
Prawn crackers
Ice cream

All day:
Water, im not gonna remember every single glass, wat r u thinkin?
