I actually keep a food diary. Here's what I ate today:

5pm:
First meal of the day
Chicken breast
Jasmine rice
Broccoli
1 apple

8pm:
1 hard-boiled egg

8:30pm:
Chicken cacciatore
Jasmine rice
Broccoli
1 orange

9:30pm:
0.5 cup ProPlant Complete chocolate shake with coconut milk

11:15pm:
Chicken breast
Jasmine rice
Broccoli
0.5 cup ProPlant Complete chocolate shake with coconut milk
1 orange

Are those tostones?

A Mediterranean-style pasta salad with everything except Kalamata olives (but only because I didn't have any). Green and black, but no Kalamata.

bagel with lox

lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers under vinaigrette dressing

squash and onions

I'm almost entirely vegetarian at this point - I really should eat more, but I'm not really hungry

recently:
a glass with raspberries and soymilk
watermelon
some fresh cabbage (summer cabbage? early cabbage? the kind that is more salladlike, I really like that kind of cabbage)
three pieces really salty liquorice
some nougat

a few hours earlier:
some kind of wok with peas and noodles and vegetables
lots of coffee with oatmilk and sugar

over ten hours before that:
orange juice
piece of bread
sauce of ajvar and coconutmilk and spices etc.
fresh potatoes
some sallad
