muessli with soymilk, coffee(piece of cinnamonstickin the can, few grains of salt and cardamon in the filter, half a teaspoon sugar in the cup)

pasta with soymince and tomato-sauce with vegetables in, sallad with pointy cabbage and carrot etc. spices and flaxseedoil

deciliter soyghurt with a spoon jam

hot chocolate

I ate two differeny yoghurts and later vegetables with carribian soup and cheese + sourcream.

Indeed, I saw some research papers suggesting that as well. Positive correlations with a lower chance of cancerous developments, lower blood pressure, and other good things.

For breakfast - 4 eggs with 150g of buckwheat (measured before cooking)

For snack 1 - protein bar during my workout

For lunch - 160g of chicken and 200g of tomato

For snack 2 - 150g of mandarines

For dinner - rice and some meat, cottage cheese and beans.

Breakfast: coconut yogurt, biscuits, milk.
Lunch: tortilla, 2 eggs, iced tea.
Dinner part 1: sweet potatoes, toast with cream cheese, tangerine and ginger juice.
Dinner part 2: milk and biscuits.

Breakfast - 150g of buckwheat and 4 eggs like usual.
Snack 1 - 167g of mandarines and 30g of protein powder with water.
Lunch - 139g of cooked chicken breast and 38g of cheese
Snack 2 - can of beans
Dinner - cottage cheese.

Total macros and calories -
1818 calories
166g of protein
157g of carbohydrates
60g of fat

Thin bread filled with pointy cabbage, veg-butter, garlic powder and salt, coffee, water

aubergine, tomato and bellpepper-sauce with soybean pasta(soybean pasta is great, very filling and good nutrition, lots of protein, if someone is familiar with tofu-skin it is a bit like thinly cut pieces of that, a bit more chewy than ordinary pasta)

coffee mixed with easter"must" , not sure if to call it "kaffst" or "muffe", surprisingly good (must is a bit like coca-cola, but it is a bit more aromatic I think, a little, little bit bitter, kind of like beer, but only a little, and taste of juniper berries)

blackpepper crisps
cocoa mixed with oats and sugar and peanutbutter etc.

Made a grilled, marinated chicken breast burger with cheddar, tomato, avocado, romaine and salsa mayo on a whole grain bun. Easy and healthy.

I'am going to eat some baked food soon consisting of vegetables. I bake it to avoid ekstra fat.

My day isn't finished yet. It's still only 16:43, and I need to eat a lot more today. I'm doing okay at reintroducing foods that I had been reacting badly to, so there's hope.
