o.o I'm curious because I worry as well, uncertainty irritates me and there is no way I can be a J.

As previously addressed, uncertainty, surprises (I love surprises if I'm surprised with them, like randomly getting a present, but if you say 'I'm going to give you a present tomorrow' I'll go insane), lack of control, things not going the way we planned them. Especially that last one. I could be an extremity but if things aren't perfect I'm worried (and yes, that does mean I'm worried 900% of the time because of the whole 'non-existent' part of perfection).

Things not done the "right" way.

Things done the new "right" way without being shown the evidence for the case.

A lack of information to process OR the lack of explanation of a given structure of a way of doing a thing.

Someone refusing to help then half way through the process decides to help - this is more interference than help with any given short-term project.

Interruption of aforementioned project with an unrelated remark.

Many more things along those lines.

Lack of details (I guess that means the same as uncertainty), especially in a situation where I need to make a judgement call.
Being in a situation where I need to "think on my feet".
How I come across to people--I don't want them to think ill of me, so unless I get reassurance, I will get worried.

There are probably more things that worry me. I tend to fret if I'm not careful. Although as I am more aware of these tendencies, I can be more proactive in letting go of my worries.

Being rejected by people we love and those we respect.
Completely turning away by choice or force from one's principles (or is this more of a Enneagram 1 thing?).

The Joker, Tyler Durden, Charles Manson, Marilyn Manson, Lady Gaga, Ladyboys, Nuclear War, Bath Salts, Mental Asylums, Hoarding, Al-Qaeda, The Third World, Cupboards that aren't child-proof, Jaywalking.

Basically anything that is chaotic and strange. SJs are civilized people.

I don't know about Lady Gaga, to be honest. Kind of know what to expect of her by now so she is safe and predictable.

Unpredictability, decision making, and how others think of you. I'm an ISTJ-ISFJ mix, and I live my life freaking out over what everyone says and my words online. I'm too afraid of being judged even though I judge others a lot.

Mainly this all stems from my children. It is the worrying part that comes after "letting them go". I don't like to project my insecurities onto my kids, they need to live life and learn from their own unique experiences. Still, I'm worried. (I'd have a beer and chill out, but I'm afraid one of them would break their arm, and I could not drive them to the hospital. LOL)
