What does it mean if a type is unhealthy? I see it many places, but I don't understand? I've tried to use the searching tool, but I can't find an explanation. Can anyone help me?
and how do you know if you're unhealthy?
and how does an unhealthy ENFP act?

Thanks a bunch!

This is a good starting point. It lists weaknesses to watch out for. An unhealthy expression of type is essentially the person's shadow functions. So a stressed INFJ will display ESTP in an extremely negative manner. ISFP would show ENTJ... etc.

Unhealthy types can result from using the dominant function to the exclusion of all the other functions as well. I can't remember where, but they likened it to a dictatorship of the dominant function. Balance is achieved through using the secondary function and tertiary. I think the inferior wasn't recommended to be consciously tapped into due to disastrous results. It is tapped into by the second function unconsciously if I remember right.

I don't know if you're down, but this is much more explicit in the enneagram.
