Rabblr - Chat everywhere

That page has a link which you can drag to your bookmarks bar to create a bookmarklet.

Then clicking the bookmarklet will pop up a chat window onto any page and let you chat with any other users who have also launched it on the same page. It's anonymous, there's no signup & user names are optional.

I would suggest going back to the PerC INFP homepage and then launching it.
