So I think maybe I should cut out dairy but throw in protein like eggs and fish on some days? Because I just ate cheese and damn I feel heavy.
Yeah, I think so. Or some other meat that you digest well. For me, I don't digest meat or dairy well at all and do quite well on a vegetarian/vegan diet. Where as someone like my husband, if he doesn't eat at least SOME meat (turkey works well for him), he will feel a lack of energy. Everyone's body is different.
