I don't think about 'em much because after a whole lot of years of research I know that various agencies allow companies to bend rules and we hear about it years later, so I go with an anti-inflammatory diet as I have Raynaud's phenomenon and other diseases, try to eat mostly organic--on our budget and with 'one' store in town and my husband commuting 90 miles a day for work (there/back), et cetera it's hard. Finally, at 56 I seem to be catching on to an obvious fact: I can only do so much (research, controlling what goes into my body, exercise, other cautionary moves), then as a friend used to show with a motion of her thumb touching the fingers of her right hand, arm lifted, spreading her fingers apart suddenly... Just let it all go.
