pardon for not putting this in the Ask An INTJ thread. but I don't care, so what did you eat today?

old pizza slice
oreos
cup of noodles
right now im eating oatmeal with 1/3 eggnog(nonalcoholic), 1/3 water, 1/3 coffee creamer

happy holidays, what are you guys eating?

GF pancake with yogurt and blueberries, split pea soup with bacon, and indian curry (mushroom soup, chicken, rice, peas) and falafel.

A banana.
Roe with dill on some egg, onion and creme fraiche mix.
Lots of pickled herring.
Gravlax.
Ham on crisp bread with mustard.
Meatballs, sausages, potatoes.
Wafer.
Licorice-dipped fudge.
Rice pudding.
Ending the evening with too much dill-flavoured potato chips.

Happy holidays indeed.

Now off to make a peanut butter mug cake...

Breakfast:

• A piece of rye bread
• A peach
• A cup of tea

Lunch:

• Chicken schnitzel
• An apple
• Cucumber
• Mineral water
• Several cups of coffee

Dinner:


• I ordered Chinese food for takeout
• Another peach
• Some more tea

Breakfast: baguette with butter and honey
Second breakfast: Kellog's Fruit and Fibre or something
Third breakfast/ lunch: two slices of German bread with butter and cheese
Dinner: we'll make roast chicken with orange slices, marinated in olive oil with paprika, garlic and herbs

  • Orange juice with green powder supplement
  • Steel-cut oats with blackstrap molasses, cinnamon, and pumpkin puree
  • Mug of plain mint tea
Lunch
  • Saltine crackers
  • Hummus
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
Snack
  • Apple with peanut butter
  • Another mug of mint tea
Haven't eaten dinner yet, will probably be leftover mashed potatoes with whatever vegetables we have in the house and some beans.

Coffee, tea, diet Coke and like 8 Hershey's Kisses. I'm failing at meeting dietary needs... I'll probably have quick rice for dinner.

That's still in the 900-1100 range tops. It's very difficult to have a maintenance near that, mine's 2500 when sedentary.
Yes, agreed... however I don't normally eat so little so I don't think it's going to make or break my weight maintenance, and I weigh about 105 lbs to begin with so it doesn't exactly take a lot to keep me going.

My calorie calculating is underpracticed these days but I want to say around 1500 per day is what I'd need to maintain if I were consistently inactive.

I misread your post, I thought you meant you weren't at a deficit with 300 cals + rice.

Left over Christmas Pudding with bourbon hard sauce.
Ham.
10 year old Laphroaig scotch.
Peppermint bark.
12 oz dogfish head 90 minute IPA.
12 oz I don't remember the name of triple IPA.
2 pints Schalfly oatmeal stout.
2 chicken wings
pizza
More 10 year old Laphroaig scotch.
Some brownies (the confectionery type).
