Hello, Its Daey
& I'm coming back another thread,
This thread is about us as an INFP ''culture'' & different lifestyles or cultures we a community are into.
(I'm personally interested with all the future answers also.)So lets begin, shall we?

***
My choice of living would probably be perceived as ''non-traditional'' or ''non-conventional''; but it doesn't really
put a stain on my thought process because this truly a decision I came up with on my own. It didn't take me very long to figure out what type of lifestyle I wanted to lead, I believe this process came as naturally as it would anyone else. I was a born-minimalist. I first realized I was like this, when I thought ''money'' was the ''source of evil'' which isn't completely untrue.I valued more of my creative side rather than my ''realist'' side & sometimes that came with a few cons. I don't want to live in a house, I don't like the energy of a big house. It just doesn't feel right to me. (INFP's have to feel themselves to be authentic in every waking moment of their life) I would rather live in a small cabin in the woods, an apartment or an town house. Something small enough for me or two people. I don't want to be married, Yet I do have a desire to have children. I don't like marriage because I don't want to deal with the responsibility of another person, If you're confused about that, don't ask. What I am saying is I'd rather be responsible of my own child rather than someone elses. I want to live in the style of a bohemian/grunge/hippie. I really like what they stand for, they are so freeing & I like things that free the soul, symbolically. I am a very spiritual person, I believe in bad energy & always had.
I don't see myself attending any religious based associations. I'd rather just have a personal relationship with god and I. I want to talk to him on a personal level. I don't like being with other people, many may not understand that; but I don't expect them too. I really want to live a calm, tranquil and relaxing lifestyle. I've decided to move away from my family not because I don't like them; but I wanted to find a kindred spirit family of my own.

Very eager to see your comments.

And...GO!

My ideal lifestyle is the one I already have except I would have much more money to do exciting things many times a year, such as travel, be able to afford certain social events, concerts, more cinema, more culture, etc. Also, I'd be able to afford more books.

The lifestyle:
A quaint home in the countryside surrounded by forest, with sublime home decor ("sublime" = my personal taste, beauty is subjective) with a garden. I work on my home & garden everyday, it is my joy.
Ideally, I have a job that I enjoy.
Ideally, I don't need a car to move around, but of course living in the middle of the forest I would need one (*cries*).
Outside of work, daily life consists of being in the forest with my husband (we're not married on paper, but in heart & behavior yes so I call him husband). I collect the herbs and edible wilds and greens and fruits and nuts and seeds I can find for our consumption. I spend half my days studying herbology.
My partner and I are very much into "old times" recreations, such as viking recreations, and that's basically how we like to live. We make our own stuff and rarely buy stuff. We know how to sew, and construct stuff, and make crafts, and I cook and bake excellently everything from scratch. We don't eat processed frankenfood.
We like archery, sword fighting, working out, hiking... that's how we spend our days.
I say "we" constantly because he is my lifestyle too, as weird as this might sound. I can't imagine a life without this person. However, I already lived like this when I was single, and I will continue to have this lifestyle whether this person is here or not.
If we had the money, we'd travel around Europe more.

I'm into simple living, but I'm not a minimalist at all. I have tons of cooking pans, baking molds and pans and stuff, I like to have tons of trinket boxes to keep my art & crafts supplies, I have three thousand cushions in the house, puffs, rugs, glorious curtains, textiles made in Europe and India... everything has a purpose, I collect nothing "just because". If it doesn't have a use, I'll give it away or sell it. But I use everything I own. I also tend to have six million plants in every room of the house. I like lush interiors -and exteriors.
Tea & infusion & elixir drinking is also a crucial activity in my lifestyle. I pee a lot as a consequence, but hey love my herbs.
My lifestyle also includes meditation, yoga, swimmin in the river, going to the ocean once or twice a week, reading tons of gorgeous fiction books, flea markets, farmer's markets, attending spiritual seminars and conferences, going to manga conventions once a year... so many things!
Ideally we'd install solar pannels on our roof and pay no taxes for it. Yeah keep dreaming ¬¬ Taxes are there, we must deal with it I guess, grrrrrr.
I dress impeccably (to my own taste) with eco clothing and jewelry made of recycled metals. My image is majestic.

Fiiiiin.
