What motivates the 4 temperaments:-
Saw an interesting article on PersonalityHacker which describes in fair detail the individual ways in which each temperament makes decisions.
Apparently, FJ's are driven by 'harmony', TJ's by 'effectiveness', FP's by 'authenticity', and TP's by 'accuracy'.
