Unfortunately, its dutch. But its quite relative to my youth, hence why it is emotional to me.
Lyrics (Translated to English):

Damn you all with bad diseases
Everyone can just go to hell
I don't feel like learning 'to be good'.
I know I'll end up in the gutter

Other kids on the streets won't play with me
They call me 'Rat', are pointing at me
The only one I do really care for
Is never home, it is my dad

My mother hardly tolerates me
Never do right in her eyes
And love is something I don't have to ask for
She's only swearing, calling names

No wonder that my dad has gone sailing
I couldn't go, I am too little
I have to manage by myself here
Until he will be back one day

I just want someone to love and care for
Two tender arms embracing me
Two arms keeping me safe forever
I'm feeling so goddamn alone

Perhaps when father's ship arrives
When he has returned from sea again
He might ask me: "Listen, Cis
Why don't you join me to the sea"

I am still only just a child
And I can't cope all by myself
Perhaps some time I will find happiness
But how, that's still a question now

I just want someone to love and care for
Two tender arms embracing me
Two arms keeping me safe for ever
I'm feeling so goddamn alone

Two arms keeping me safe for ever
I'm feeling so goddamn alone

Hmm.. didn't mean to quote my own post but to edit it. Well, shit happens.

What do you mean by the most emotional? I think that every good song conveys emotion.

Kyrie Eleison by Mozart elicits powerful feelings of spiritual awe and wonder.
Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven elicits a great sense of melancholy.
1777 by Russian Circles gives me a sense of peace.
Ode to Joy by Beethoven makes me feel, and there should be no surprise with this one, joy.

There are so many songs that bring out strong emotions in me that I won't waste my time listing them. If a song does its job it will move you emotionally.

This particular song lulls along seemingly uneventful until it begins to approach the solo where it suddenly just grabs hold and I can't help but feel it deep in my chest. Most solos in songs seem to be there just to show off instrumental prowess but Billy Corgan knows how to turn this into something that draws a powerful emotional response.

Ultimately I think the idea of ONE song being more emotional than all others is ridiculous.

These are the most emotional.
All of them embrace the concept of life and death to some degree.
