Hello. In which of the nine Belbin team roles u find most of urself?

1. Complete Finisher:
Reliably sees things through to the end, ironing out the wrinkles and ensuring everything works well. Can worry too much and not trust others.
2. Coordinator:
Respected leader who helps everyone focus on their task. Can be seen as excessively controlling.
3. Implementer:
Well-organized and predictable. Takes basic ideas and makes them work in practice. Can be slow.
4. Monitor Evaluator:
Sees the big picture. Thinks carefully and accurately about things. May lack energy or ability to inspire others.
5. Plant:
Solves difficult problems with original and creative ideas. Can be poor communicator and may ignore the details.
6. Resource Investigator:
Explores new ideas and possibilities with energy and with others. Good networker. Can be too optimistic and lose energy after the initial flush.
7. Shaper:
Lots of energy and action, challenging others to move forwards. Can be insensitive.
8. Specialist:
Has expert knowledge/skills in key areas and will solve many problems here. Can be disinterested in all other areas.
9. Teamworker:
Cares for individuals and the team. Good listener and works to resolve social problems. Can have problems making difficult decisions.

U find a full discription of the nine roles on wikipedia (please google it because I can't place links yet...).

For me it could be specialist, monitor evaluator or plant (and maybe complete finisher).

I read up on them , pretty interesting as it takes into account different factors and thusly renders different classifications as compared to mbti so you can see multiple types in each description , it's retry broad tho and most people will prob fit more than one type

Okay, I edited my post and added short descriptions. Let's make this thread win.

Be better if there was a short quiz thing.

More specifically, one of those picture ones, those are hell quick.
I added a poll to the thread now. Sorry if it may sound stupid, but what do u mean by "one of those picture ones"?

Any more ideas further?

I can be every role above except Teamworker. In fact I switch role if circumstances required, but only the Teamwork thing is impossible.

I like the can-do attitude as well as the Marilyn Manson reference.

I'm going to say I'm probably a 'plant'.

I most often find myself in a Monitor Evaluator or a Coordinator role when I have to work in a group...but can perform most of the roles to some extent, my weakest would be Teamworker and Shaper, those are not roles I would do well in.

I see 11 people voted untill now. Maybe a team full of INTJ-people wouldn't be a good idea...

No teamworkers and much plants, monitor evaluators and specialist. This would be a mess... I see them criticizing eachother and maybe also fighting...

Never seen this before. The only thing I know for sure is that I'm not a Teamworker. Couldn't vote.
