well... when i am nervous i can`t control my self sometimes ... i`m like a BOMB

I have to crap.
Speaking of nervous, I've got a piano recital tomorrow. @[email protected]
So:
I get shaky. My hands are literally shaking. My speech gets faster and my brain kind of short circuits so instead of saying, for instance:
"I'm in a state of shock," it becomes:
"I'm in a shade of stock."
^ True story.
I fidget. Seriously. Fidgeting to the extreme.
And I sweat. >.<
In other words, people think I'm insane when I'm nervous.
So:

My heart races and I bite my nails.
I kind of like getting nervous because I can always reign in the feeling and change it. What I mean is that my initial reaction is to feel anxious, restless, and have an upset stomach but as soon as I notice it I can switch it over into what I like to call a "counterphobic burn". It's the emotional equivalent of the feeling in your stomach when you take a strong shot of hard liquor with no chaser. It's like having a fire roaring inside but not consuming you. Some relevant information I should mention is that I'm an Sx/Sp with a counterphobic 6 head type.
I speak so fast that my sentences become incoherent. Every word that comes out of my mouth sounds like a jumbled mess. I also become fidgety and impulsive. Most people start to think that I finally lost my mind.

On the occasion I am nervous.. My stomach feels all queasy swirly.. That's all.
And my hands get all fidgety.. Forgot that one.
I get shaky, my chest gets tight and it becomes painful to breathe.
